 EMPLOYMENT HISTORY:

2000 - Present    CAD Manager, EDM Services, Inc., Simi Valley, California

• Silicon Valley Rapid Transit Utility Relocation Project, Chevron Pipe Line Company - Francis managed this engineering and design project which was constructed within the cities of Milpitas and Fremont, in Santa Clara and Alameda Counties.  The project involved relocation of the majority of Chevron's 8-inch refined petroleum products pipeline along a 5.2 mile segment.  This work included seven horizontal directional drilled (HDD) crossings within the VTA utility corridor. The HDD crossings ranged in length from 600-feet to over one mile.
• Water Plant P&ID Project, Plains Exploration - Francis managed the P&ID preparation and finalization. This project included site walk-downs for P&ID verification.
• Various Projects - Francis was responsible for the preparation of contracts, construction and bid packages, plans, elevations, cross sections, isometrics, alignment sheets, traffic plans, well diagrams, assorted test and chemical analysis, contour maps, city base maps and aerial photos.
